Justine Cassell was invited to speak about Artificial Intelligence at the World Economic Forum in Davos for the 9th time in January 2024. Among other engagements, she moderated a session on AI systems collaborating with workers on the factory floor, gave a talk about the future of the metaverse, and spoke to the ministers of the ASEAN countries about building trust between governments and citizens concerning use of data. She also spoke at a number of parallel events outside the congress center, including a lively panel with Andrew Ng and Kate Kallot, organized by Fast Company.
